Revisionism has been used as a tactic to diminish the memory of the dictatorship. One example is the film "1964: Brazil between weapons and books" (2019). The analysis of the work aims to understand how the revisionist discourse allows the audience to connect with history, considering Jörn Rüsen's concept of Historical Culture (1994). We believe that the normative content of the narrative played a crucial role in the lack of solidity in the historical research presented in the documentary.

O artigo tem por objetivo investigar a atuação dos trabalhadores e militares cassados pela ditadura militar de 1964, em sua busca por influenciar a construção das legislações de anistia a partir da Lei de 1979. Em específico, o artigo procura analisar como a formação das associações e as conquistas legais ligadas a uma reparação pecuniária se estimulam mutuamente, em um mecanismo de reforço mútuo que culmina na lei n° 10.559 de 2002.

The article seeks to compare the testimony of two different generations who experienced the military dictatorship, Nelson Werneck Sodré and Joel Rufino dos Santos, with the aim of circumventing the “new positivism” in relation to the treatment of historiographical sources (according to Beatriz Sarlo) from the first-person accounts. Santos and Sodré point to different paths to armed resistance, such as cultural resistance.

The events of the 20th century were marked mainly by catastrophes, such as the Holocaust in Europe and dictatorial regimes in Latin America, having an impact mainly on the Literature produced during that period. In view of the above, the aim of the article in question is to reflect on the relationship established between psychoanalytic theories and the literary genre of testimony, which links us to the possibility of reflecting on individual memory in the face of the traumas resulting from the nightmares of the Military Dictatorship. in Brazil (1964). Our starting point for the historical investigation is to carry out a brief historical-biographical account of Hamilto Pereira (Pedro Tierra) to understand the historical contextualization of his life experiences during the Brazilian Military Dictatorship, and later we will direct our reflection to the analysis of the work Pesadelo: Narrativas dos years of lead (2019). The investigation allowed us, through the interdisciplinarity between historical studies and the analytical process, to understand that a society without memory is a society doomed to repetitions of traumatic events, and that elaboration can be taken as a process of historical awareness.

This text presents and analyzes the history of the creation and dissolution of the Vocational Gymnasiums (GVs) in São Paulo, since the experimental classes to the imposition of the Work-Oriented Gymnasiums (GOTs). The conclusion drawn is that the military regime not only dismantled the material aspects of the GVs but also erased their memory, portraying them as "leftist" schools with a "false" pedagogy.

Building upon research conducted for a master's thesis, this paper offers a nuanced analysis of the formation of proprietary mentalities in Brazil during the first half of the 19th century, culminating in the landmark Land Law of 1850. By examining legislative proposals and their underlying discourses, this study sheds light on evolving conceptions of property and their societal implications. The findings highlight the ways in which elite groups clashed to advance their interests and shape legislation for their own benefit.

No presente trabalho, objetivamos apontar o que é História Agrária e como esse campo é frutífero para pesquisas como a que aqui se apresenta, e que consiste em analisar de forma breve conflitos que envolveram pequenas propriedades na região do sertão do Cariri, precisamente na cidade de Crato, sendo um caso no ano de 1892 e outro em 1895. Utilizamos como fonte dois processos de lesão orporal que estão disponíveis para a pesquisa no centro de documentação do cariri- CEDOCC- URCA.
